pcdiscounters.co.za ship products as soon as they become available, which is about 1-3 working days.

Desktop PCs assemblies or other special orders may take slightly longer due to assembly time frames.

We will notify you via e-mail or phone of any stock delivery delays.

Goods are only sent once payment has been received.

Delivery costs:

We deliver countrywide in South Africa only. Delivery charges can be estimated when you add items to the shopping basket (no login required).

Once you complete the checkout process and we receive your order, the delivery charge will be confirmed.

Return Policy

We have a no return policy. No products will be exchanged or refunded for any reason whatsoever. Only defective goods may be returned to us for repair. Should there be a problem with any of the goods purchased from us, we must be notified immediately. If the problem cannot be solved by email or telephonic support, the defective goods must be returned to us at your cost. All products have a one year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Warranty conditions:

1. Products must be returned in the original packaging, including all documentations and accessories.

2. Software and consumables are not returnable or refundable.

3. All goods sold by PC Discounters are only returnable for repair, not refund.

4. Any products found to be non-defective is subject to a 20% handling fee of original product price.

5. Shipping, handling and other non-product fees are not refundable.

6. Shipping fees for replacements are applicable again, or you can arrange for collection.

7. Please note that replacements products are subject to stock availability.

8. No warranty service or support will be provided where goods are not fully paid for or amounts are outstanding.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee. No further or additional warranties or undertakings will be given by us in regard to the goods. The warranty period for different components and brands differ. Software and consumables, such as ink, paper and media, is not covered by any warranty. Warranty only covers manufacturer faults and not physical damage of any sort - damage that is not covered includes burnt PCB's and components, lightning and surge damage. Damage and defects which are in our opinion directly caused by incorrect or improper use, neglect, power surges, lightening damage, or mishandling by the customer are specifically excluded from any warranty or guarantee given or implied.

You agree that PC Discounters resells and distributes products and services on behalf of its suppliers, and by entering into a sale with PC Discounters, you agree that PC Discounters shall not be responsible or liable for any claim arising as a result of warranty issues, damages or losses that has occurred through the use of their products. You agree that all responsibility lies with the manufacturers and original suppliers of these products, and that PC Discounters has made no guarantees or warranties to the appropriateness of any product. Our sole responsibility will be to communicate your concerns to the supplier and to return the product for inspection and possible repair to our original supplier, and on failing to receive a satisfactory solution to the problem, we will give you the correct contact details for suppliers or manufacturer involved so that the customer may take up the matter directly with that supplier or manufacturer. We may, at our discretion, return the product to the supplier from our own offices or premises.
