Around 10 April our database for our Academic Program was erroneously replaced by another user in our firm. This document recorded all the students on the program and there was no other record of their details, names and performance other than this document. We called Ken requesting that he retrieve this document from our back-up which he controls for us. As far as I am concerned a back-up is only as good as when it’s needed – and in this case it was an urgent request which was delivered by Ken. We are very happy with this delivery!
